Logo Prep
We Prepare Your Logo for Stitching
Embroidery machines need your logo converted into a stitch file. Send us your logo (PNG, PDF or vector file works best) and we'll prepare it, then show you a free mockup before production. Very small text and fine detail may be simplified so it stitches cleanly; we'll tell you if anything needs adjusting.
How it works
1. Send your logo. Upload your logo, tell us the items, quantities and placement (left chest, right chest, sleeve, full back, or hat front or side).
2. Approve your free mockup. See your design on the item before anything is stitched.
3. We stitch and deliver. Small orders can be ready in as little as 48 hours; group orders take 7 to 10 business days. Pick up in Aurora or we ship anywhere in the U.S.

Is there a minimum order for embroidery? No. We embroider single pieces and large group orders.

How much does custom embroidery cost? Embroidery is quoted per project based on the item, quantity, design size and number of locations. Request a quote and we'll reply within 1 to 2 business days.

Can you embroider my logo? Yes. Send your logo and we'll convert it into a stitch file and show you a free mockup before production.
Can you add individual names? Yes. We can add names to polos, jackets and more, which is great for staff and teams.

Can I bring my own items to embroider? In many cases, yes. Contact us first with the item and fabric type so we can confirm it will stitch well. We're not responsible for damage to customer-supplied items.
