Returns
Every item we make is custom-made for you, so all sales of custom and personalized items are final. We can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, sizes ordered incorrectly, or designs you approved.

Defective or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or doesn't match your approved mockup, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Email CustomerCare@3point9kingz.com or call or text 720-550-0316 with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll reprint the item or refund it at no cost to you, and if we need the item back, we'll email you a free prepaid return label.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Before you order. Please check your mockup carefully, including spelling, colors and sizes. Approving your mockup confirms your design is ready to print.
